Late Arrivals
To respect my time as well as yours, I kindly ask you to come to the appointment on time. I have 10 minutes lateness policy.
Customers who are or more late may be forced to make the following changes to their appointment appointments:
10 minutes: shorten the service (E.g. if your booked manicure + design/nail art, we will only accommodate manicure with one tone color or simple design application instead);
20 minutes: I do only tinted hard gel overlay(basa colours)
30 minutes: I cancel the booking (E.g. if you are very late for your appointment and I can no longer perform the service without it affecting our next scheduled client, your booking will be cancelled and “Cancellation Fees” will apply accordingly).
Booking modifications/ Cancellations/No-Shows
When you book an appointment, you are reserving my time. I understand that life sometimes gets in the way. So If you need to amend your appointment, I simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 4 HOURS PRIOR to the service. Cancellations that break this rule will be subject to “Cancellation Fees” which is 40$.
  • In the event of missing your appointment without any notification, your booking will be considered as “NO SHOW” and you will be imposed with a fee worth 100% of the missed service. The salon has the right to refuse the services for clients who missed two or more appointments.
Right to refuse service
I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. As well as if the client is always late, multiple cancellations and/or no shows.
Service guarantees and Warranty period
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let me know during your treatment or immediately upon completion of your service at the check out. I am committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on my side, I will offer to rectify it free of charge at the same time (subject to availability) or within a warranty period. In the event that the service is performed up to standards, but does not meet your personal preferences or expectations, the rectifications will be chargeable. I have in place 10 days warranty period which is applicable only to full nail services such as Manicure/Pedicure with Gel Polish and Set/Refill of Nail Extensions. After the expiry of the mentioned warranty period, any repairs required will be chargeable.
